Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage day-to-day marketing and sales activities, build and maintain client relationships, and develop strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. Responsibilities also include coordinating and delivering training sessions, analyzing customer needs, and assisting in sales management efforts to support business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including lead generation and closing deals
- Experience in Training to guide team members and empower clients
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic marketing plans
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and marketing software is an asset
