Job Description

Job Title: Marketing and Sales Specialist – Xwall

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2+ years

Join the Xwall team as a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing and Sales Specialist in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You'll play a key role in driving business growth across education, sports, fitness, corporate, and events sectors. This client-facing position includes onsite field sales—showcasing live Xwall demos at client premises—and guiding prospects through the sales process to a successful outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify new clients through research, networking, outbound calls, and social media outreach
  • Field Sales & Demo: Visit prospective client locations to deliver compelling Xwall product demonstrations, highlighting benefits and hands-on experiences
  • Initial Contact: Engage with prospects via phone, email, and digital channels to present Xwall's value proposition
  • Qualification: Assess prospect needs, qualify leads, and match Xwall solutions to requirements
  • Market Research: Monitor competitive landscape and growth opportunities in relevant sectors
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to develop strategies for lead generation, demos, and conversions
  • Pipeline Management: Use Odoo CRM to manage leads, track follow-ups, and report activities
  • Feedback Loop: Provide insights to improve product and sales approach based on customer interactions

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in lead generation, field sales, telemarketing, or presales preferred
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and convey technical concepts
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable with direct client engagement
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes (Odoo CRM helpful)
  • Experience in education or corporate sectors is a plus
