Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gaya ji, Bihar. This role is responsible for identifying and nurturing leads, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and managing the sales pipeline from prospecting through closing. On a daily basis, the specialist collaborates with internal teams to craft marketing campaigns, prepare sales materials, and track performance metrics. The role involves engaging with customers, responding to inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The specialist will also deliver basic training or product walk-throughs for new clients and support ongoing account management activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
• Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and ongoing client support.
• Experience in marketing activities such as campaign coordination, lead generation, and market research is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Gaya Ji, Bihar, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, basic data analysis, and presentation software is preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
• Prior experience in B2B sales or technology/consulting services is a plus.
