Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position based in Jalandhar for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting client training on the company's offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include promoting services to potential clients, overseeing sales initiatives, supporting customer needs, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships and ensure a positive customer experience

- Experience in delivering Training on products or services, supporting client success post-sale
- Proven problem-solving and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively
