Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Bengaluru. The specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as developing and managing sales strategies, establishing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, training sales teams, and overseeing sales management processes. In this role, candidates will collaborate across departments to meet sales and marketing goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to drive revenue and achieve sales targets effectively.
• Experience in Training and mentoring sales teams to enhance performance.
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and goal-oriented mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is advantageous.
