About the Role

Falchion Xeniaa Private Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in digital and offline marketing, social media promotion, lead generation, campaign coordination, and brand development.

You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to execute marketing campaigns, increase brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage and coordinate social media marketing activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Develop creative marketing ideas for promotions, campaigns, events, and brand awareness.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members for marketing content.
• Assist in planning and executing digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and Google.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic marketing reports.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition activities.
• Coordinate promotional activities, events, partnerships, and business campaigns.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, influencers, and external marketing partners when required.
• Track marketing trends, audience behaviour, and industry developments.
• Suggest new strategies and ideas to improve brand reach and engagement.
• Ensure marketing activities are completed within timelines and budgets.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Brand Marketing.
• Good understanding of social media marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience with lead generation and campaign execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
• Ability to conduct market and competitor research.
• Good content planning and creative thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
• Basic understanding of marketing analytics and campaign performance metrics.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Instagram marketing and Reels promotion.
• Knowledge of Canva or basic design tools.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
• Experience in influencer marketing or collaborations.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced work environment.
