Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Hyderabad, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, generating sales, implementing effective marketing strategies, and providing support through excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales campaigns, managing sales pipelines, developing training materials for the sales team, and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities to expand our client base.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to build relationships and effectively engage with clients.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including handling sales pipelines and achieving targets.
  • Experience in Training, with the ability to develop and deliver learning materials for sales teams.
  • Understanding of marketing principles and the ability to conceptualize and implement strategies that drive growth.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Results-oriented mindset with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer success is an advantage.
