Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Moradabad. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and nurturing client relationships. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, presenting products and services, preparing proposals, and maintaining sales records and reports. The role involves supporting marketing initiatives such as campaigns, promotional activities, and events to increase brand awareness and drive demand. The specialist will collaborate with internal teams, provide feedback from the market, and participate in training sessions to stay current on offerings, pricing, and competitive trends. A strong focus on customer service, communication, and meeting sales targets is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, understand client needs, and provide responsive support.
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, conduct presentations, and close deals effectively.
- Experience in Sales Management, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on performance metrics.
- Ability to deliver and participate in Training related to products, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Comfort working in an on-site, target-driven environment with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software for managing contacts, opportunities, and reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
