Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include promoting and selling the company's engineering services( solar projects )managing customer relationships, providing training to clients and team members, and developing and implementing sales strategies. The specialist will focus on maintaining customer satisfaction and expanding the client base in the engineering and EPC sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including achieving sales targets
• Experience in delivering Training sessions to team members and clients
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) industry is highly preferable
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software is an advantage
• Knowledge in Solar, Renewable Energy solutions
