Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Vasai Virar. Key responsibilities include driving sales initiatives, managing customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and executing marketing strategies to promote company projects. The role also involves creating and delivering training for clients and teams, ensuring sales targets are achieved, and maintaining organized reports on sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and build long-lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, including meeting targets, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining a sales pipeline.
- Experience in Training and supporting teams with the knowledge and tools needed for success in sales and marketing roles.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills for managing multiple tasks and interacting with diverse teams and clients.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Educational qualifications in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field are preferred.
- Knowledge of interior design or experience in the design/build industry is a plus.
