Position: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Generate leads and acquire IT projects for the company

Pitch services to clients and build long-term business relationships

Coordinate with internal teams for project delivery and client satisfaction

Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports

Meet sales and project acquisition targets

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in IT business development

Proven experience in enterprise-level IT project acquisition

Strong understanding of IT services/solutions

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Ability to work independently with ownership

Compensation:

3 LPA + Performance-based Incentives

Preferred:

Experience in B2B sales and corporate business development

Client-facing exposure

Knowledge of SDLC / IT services
