This is a full-time on-site role located in Ambala for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves developing and maintaining relationships with clients, overseeing sales cycles, and meeting sales goals. The specialist will conduct market research, develop strategies to increase product awareness, deliver product presentations, and provide training when required. Additionally, the role includes addressing customer inquiries, identifying and following up on leads, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and manage client relationships effectively
• Proficiency in Sales strategies and the ability to meet sales targets
• Experience in Sales Management, including developing and implementing sales plans
• Ability to deliver effective Training for team members or clients as needed
• Proven problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the industrial, infrastructure, or agricultural sectors is an advantage
