Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Kochi for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, developing and implementing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, building strong client relationships. Additionally, the specialist will oversee sales management activities to nurture growth and achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
- Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management to identify opportunities,
- Experience in conducting Training sessions to support team development and client education
- Working knowledge of marketing tools and strategies is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
