Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kilpauk, Chennai. The individual will engage with customers to identify their needs and offer tailored solutions in audio and home theater systems. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, creating and managing social media campaigns, managing customer relations, providing product information, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Specialist will also participate in training sessions to remain well-versed with the latest industry products and trends, while driving business growth through targeted marketing and effective sales management.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Excellent English communication, both written & verbal, is a Must.
• Spoken Hindi language skills is a must.
• Proficiency in customer service and the ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Experience in sales processes, sales management, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Innovative & extensive social media campaign creation is necessary
• Innovative thinking and a passion for high-quality audio-visual technologies.
• Relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in audio-visual, electronics, or a similar industry is a plus.
