Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Gurugram. The primary responsibilities include devising and executing sales strategies, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, conducting customer needs analysis, and providing product training to clients when required. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence, driving sales growth, and addressing client inquiries to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively interact and build relationships with clients.
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed business goals.
- Experience in conducting Training sessions for clients and team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with excellent interpersonal skills.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in industrial products or a similar domain will be considered an advantage.
