Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM

Salary: 25,000 35,000 per month (Based on experience and sales performance)

We are looking for a performance-driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with strong conversion skills and field marketing experience. The candidate must be comfortable with extensive travel and capable of delivering measurable sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Develop and deliver strong, structured sales pitches to dealers, distributors, and institutional buyers

Convert leads into confirmed orders and achieve higher sales output consistently

Identify and onboard new dealers and channel partners

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Marketing & Field Execution

Undertake 1520 days of marketing tours across India every month

Conduct dealer meetings, product demonstrations, and promotional activities

Collect market feedback and competitor insights

Support product launches and regional activation campaigns

Dealer & Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers

Ensure timely order processing and collections

Drive repeat business and increase secondary sales

Reporting & Performance Tracking

Submit weekly tour reports and monthly performance reports

Monitor conversion ratios and improve sales funnel efficiency

Required Skills

Strong sales pitching and negotiation abilities

Proven sales conversion capability

Target-oriented and performance-driven mindset

Fluent communication in both English and Hindi

Ability to travel extensively across India
