Advolix is a creative marketing agency offering end-to-end digital marketing solutions, alongside our podcast platform vertical, Podcast For Everyone (PFE) — helping influencers and experts get interviewed or share their knowledge on podcast.

Role Overview

We're looking for a confident, camera-friendly Sales & Marketing Executive who can drive client acquisition, understand digital marketing requirements, and also front our podcast content as an on-camera host/interviewer.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound business calls; convert leads into clients.
• Understand client requirements across all digital marketing services (social media, SEO, paid ads, branding, etc.) and translate them into actionable briefs.
• Conduct client meetings and pitch tailored digital solutions.
• Host and interview guests on the Podcast For Everyone platform.
• Create short-form videos on current affairs/trending topics for social media and brand visibility.
• Support monthly sales planning and target achievement.
• Coordinate with the internal creative/production team for content and campaign execution.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in sales/marketing, agency background preferred.
• Strong communication skills — confident, camera-facing personality.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts (paid/organic, content, e-commerce, etc.).
• Comfortable interviewing people and hosting on-camera content.
• Self-starter who can manage client relationships end-to-end.
