Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, with some flexibility for remote work. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, driving sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.

- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies and achieve targets
- Experience in Training teams to meet performance objectives and maintain high standards
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment with a mix of in-office and remote tasks
- Proficiency in market analysis and client relationship management tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
