Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales, and developing marketing strategies to expand brand presence in India. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, executing sales pitches, preparing sales reports, and supporting the development of sales and marketing processes. Collaboration with team members to implement strategies and achieve business goals will be key.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and provide excellent customer support
• Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management, achieving targets and building long-term client relationships with minimum 10 years of experience.
• Experience in conducting Training sessions for teams and clients to enhance overall performance
• Proficiency in developing and executing strategic marketing and sales plans
• Strong analytical, organization, and problem-solving skills
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the transformer or power industry is an advantage
