Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and engaging potential clients such as residential communities, educational institutions, and corporate organizations, presenting 4CHAMPZ offerings, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The specialist will plan and execute marketing initiatives, both online and offline, to promote coaching programs and build brand awareness. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing clients, handling inquiries, providing timely customer support, gathering market feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to align services with client needs. The role also includes conducting presentations or basic training sessions to introduce programs and support client onboarding.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage clients and respond to inquiries.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth and manage the sales pipeline.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to deliver program overviews, orientations, or basic sessions for clients and partners.
- Experience in marketing activities, including social media promotion and local outreach, is beneficial.
- Prior experience in sports, education, or coaching services is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel locally as needed, and manage multiple client accounts.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field preferred.
