Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for identifying and engaging prospective international patients, managing inbound inquiries, and presenting Cikitsa India's services in a clear and ethical manner. The Specialist will support marketing campaigns, handle follow-ups, nurture leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM and related tools. Daily tasks include collaborating with hospital partners, coordinating with internal teams, providing service information to clients, and participating in training or promotional activities. The role also involves monitoring market trends, contributing to content and promotions, and ensuring a high standard of customer experience in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with international patients and hospital partners.
  • Demonstrated Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, convert inquiries, and manage pipelines responsibly.
  • Experience in Training, particularly in guiding team members or clients on processes, service offerings, and best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with sound organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, email, and common office software; comfort with digital marketing platforms is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, medical tourism, hospitality, or related service industries is beneficial.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • High level of cultural awareness, integrity, and commitment to unbiased, patient-centered service.
