Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune, India, for a Sales and Marketing Representative at Yuvwaa Speed
- The responsibilities include identifying and generate leads through field visits, referrals, and local market outreach.
- Conduct on-ground sales meetings with businesses, fleet owners, and channel partners
- Pitch Yuvwaa Speed's EV mobility solutions and close deals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- The role also involves creating and executing marketing strategies, providing excellent customer service, and conducting training sessions for clients or team members as required.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain effective client relationships
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales & Marketing, with the ability to achieve targets consistently
- Experience inmobility, EV, logistics, FMCG, telecom, or startupspreferred
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments
- Additional qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are advantageous
- Freshers are welcome
