We're looking for motivated people who want hands-on experience working on real client projects, building practical skills, and growing with a fast-moving creative and technology team.

If you're confident speaking with businesses, understanding their requirements and building relationships, this role is for you.

What you'll work on:

• Connecting with potential business clients
• Understanding customer requirements and business problems
• Presenting Tanz Corp's services and solutions
• Handling leads and following up with prospects
• Supporting business negotiations and deal closures
• Maintaining customer relationships
• Updating and managing leads through CRM
• Coordinating with internal creative and technical teams
• Identifying new sales and partnership opportunities

Skills we're looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence in speaking with founders, business owners and decision-makers
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Customer relationship management
• Lead generation and follow-up skills
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, branding or technology services
• Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions
• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
• Good English communication; Marathi/Hindi communication is an advantage

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000/month + performance-based incentives

Location: Pune — Hybrid
