Compensation: 1.8 2.24 LPA + Uncapped Performance-based incentives

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads (students), understand their needs through detailed consultations.
- Pitch and sell relevant services with empathy and conviction every call you make has the potential to change a life.
- Own the sales funnel: manage and nurture your leads, follow up regularly, and close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Update CRM systems accurately and submit weekly reports on performance and learning.
- Participate in team sales sprints, campaign brainstorms, and performance reviews.
You Are a Great Fit If You Are:
- A recent graduate or have experience in B2C inside sales or tele-sales.
- Fluent in English, confident on the phone, and persuasive in communication.
- Motivated by targets and performance-linked rewards.
- Quick learner, coachable, and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiar with CRMs and Excel (or a fast learner).
