Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Sales and Marketing Representative role located in Delhi, with partial flexibility for remote work. The responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting Tradeila Services through effective marketing initiatives. The representative will also train clients on product features, identify opportunities for market expansion, and collaborate closely with team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong knowledge and experience in Sales & Marketing strategies
- Experience in training clients or team members on products and services
- Passion for representing high-quality products and delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment (office in Delhi and some work from home)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in industries related to bathware, kitchenware, Travelware, or home design would be advantageous
- Understanding of Import Export business
- Strong IT skills like PowerPoint, Word, excel and WhatsApp
- Strong communication in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and target-based work.
Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads (importers, exporters, manufacturers, traders, distributors).
- Do outreach via calls, WhatsApp, email, and Linkedin to book meetings.
- Understand client needs and pitch Tradeila's sourcing, QC, Logistics, Marketing, Shipping and documentation services.
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up until closure.
- Maintain records of leads and deals in CRM/Sheets.
- Support simple marketing tasks (LinkedIn posts, basic campaigns, follow-up messages).
