Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 6 months- 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, a client-first mindset, and the ability to understand business needs while confidently pitching digital solutions.

This role involves lead management, pitching, proposal coordination, sales closure, and client relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage leads via calls, email, social media and networking
  • Pitch website development and digital marketing services to prospects
  • Handle complete sales cycle — lead → pitch → proposal → negotiation → closure
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
  • Coordinate with the internal team for proposals and delivery alignment
  • Maintain CRM / sales records and reporting

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months- 1 year of experience in sales or marketing
  • Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Service Sales preferred
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Target-driven, confident and self-motivated
  • Basic understanding of websites, SEO and digital marketing
  • (training support will be provided if required)
