Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role is located in the Pune Division. The representative will identify and approach potential customers, follow up on leads, and promote Shivom Brass products to distributors, OEMs, and industrial clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting client visits, presenting product features and benefits, preparing quotations, and negotiating terms within company guidelines. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams on order status, delivery timelines, and customer requirements, as well as maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. The representative will support marketing activities such as participating in local events, assisting with promotional materials, and gathering market intelligence on competitors and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, handle inquiries, and provide clear product information.
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Sales & Marketing to meet targets, manage pipelines, and contribute to promotional activities.
  • Experience in Training customers or internal teams on product features, usage, and basic technical specifications is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in industrial, electrical, or manufacturing sectors, preferably with metal or brass components, is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and maintain organized records and reports.
  • Basic proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM or lead-tracking tools).
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within the Pune Division and surrounding regions for client visits and business development.
