Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Chandigarh, with some work-from-home flexibility. Key responsibilities include identifying and managing potential leads, building customer relationships, coordinating sales processes, and driving marketing initiatives. The role also involves delivering training sessions, assisting clients, and collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
- Proven Sales and Sales & Marketing experience to excel in achieving and exceeding targets
- Ability to conduct Training sessions and provide guidance to clients and team members
- Proactive and result-driven attitude with excellent time management skills
- Competency in CRM tools and platform-based sales processes is preferred
