Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The primary responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting our diverse range of corporate gifting solutions, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves providing excellent customer service, developing marketing strategies to expand business opportunities, and offering product training to clients as required.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and address their needs
• Proven expertise in Sales and ability to achieve and exceed targets
• Experience in Sales & Marketing with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans
• Capability to provide Training and product knowledge to clients and team members
• A proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the corporate gifting industry or related markets is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
