Company Description Promozie is a Pune-based full-service digital marketing agency for leading Indian brands. The company specializes in digital strategy, web design, website development, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media marketing.

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role includes identifying and approaching potential clients, presenting Promozie's digital marketing and web development services, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The representative will build and maintain relationships with existing clients, respond to inquiries, and provide high-quality customer service. Daily responsibilities also involve coordinating with the marketing team to execute campaigns, supporting promotional activities, and preparing sales reports and market insights. The role requires active participation in client meetings, training sessions, and local events to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage clients, present solutions clearly, and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, convert opportunities, and support marketing campaigns.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to educate clients on services offered and support internal knowledge-sharing when needed.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, ability to work on-site in the Pune Division, proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., CRM, spreadsheets), and strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, along with prior experience in sales or marketing, is an advantage.
