Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales and Marketing Representative will engage directly with customers, present collections, explain product features, and support clients through the purchase process. The role involves generating leads, following up on inquiries, managing client relationships, and contributing to sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating in-store and online promotions, assisting with marketing content for social media and other channels, and supporting brand events or trunk shows. The representative will maintain accurate sales records, provide feedback on customer preferences, and collaborate with the team to improve overall customer experience and brand visibility.

Qualifications

Strong Communication skills in Hindi and English and Customer Service skills for engaging clients and building long-term relationships.
Proven abilities in Sales and Sales & Marketing to drive revenue and support promotional activities.
Interest in luxury, fashion, or fine jewellery, with the ability to learn product details and convey brand stories.
Basic proficiency with digital tools and social media platforms for supporting marketing campaigns.
Ability to work in a hybrid setting in Gurugram, manage time effectively, and handle multiple client interactions.
Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, or customer-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.
