Join OhMyFood as we launch London's first home-cooked food marketplace. This role begins with a 45‑day remote training period, designed to help you learn our systems, processes, and brand voice. On your 45th day, we will conduct a formal HR review, discuss extended responsibilities and discuss conversion into a full‑time role based on performance, business needs, and role availability. We're looking for an energetic, people‑friendly Sales & Marketing Rep to represent OhMyFood, engage communities, onboard home chefs, and drive early adoption.

What You'll Do

Community engagement across markets, campuses, events, and residential areas
Home chef acquisition through direct onboarding and cold calling
Customer acquisition via promotion and launch offers
Partnership building with local businesses and community groups
Market research through real‑time feedback from chefs and customers
Marketing support including campaigns
Daily reporting of interactions, leads, and insights to the core team

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or outreach
Strong communication and an outgoing, confident personality
Comfort approaching and collaborating with new people in person and online
Results‑driven mindset with target focus
Organised & reliable with good schedule management
Interest in food & community is a strong plus
Knowledge of London areas (student, cultural, residential)
