Job Title: Sales & Marketing Representative – Insurance

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Marketing Representative to support insurance sales and business development initiatives in the US market. This role focuses on lead generation, appointment setting, client outreach, and digital marketing support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and experience in insurance or related sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Generation
- Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and lead databases
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for sales presentations and policy reviews
- Contact retail and commercial prospects to gather client information and assess insurance needs
- Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and new business production targets
Client Engagement & Insurance Consultation
- Explain insurance products, coverage options, and benefits to prospective clients
- Customize solutions based on client requirements across multiple product lines, including Auto, Home, Business, and Life Insurance
- Serve as a subject matter expert on insurance offerings and industry best practices
- Maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through effective communication
Marketing & Brand Promotion
- Develop and maintain a digital marketing presence through websites and social media platforms
- Plan, coordinate, and support marketing and recruiting events
- Implement and manage social media marketing campaigns
- Execute email marketing campaigns and client outreach initiatives
Data Management & Administration
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, lead pipelines, and sales activities in CRM systems
- Update and manage customer databases and contact lists
- Provide administrative support related to sales and marketing operations
- Collaborate with leadership to share market feedback, sales insights, and strategic recommendations
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the US insurance market
- Strong understanding of insurance products, sales processes, and customer relationship management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional phone etiquette
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage rejection in a sales environment
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with CRM or Agency Management Systems, such as:
- Salesforce
- Zoho CRM
- Applied EPIC
- Monday CRM
- AgencyBloc
- GoHighLevel
- Or similar insurance sales CRM platforms
Educational Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
