Role Description This is a full-time, on-site / Off- Site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Greater Noida. The role involves promoting Malee Hospitality's travel and destination services, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients and partners. Daily tasks include managing inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with operations teams for bookings and itineraries, and following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. The Sales and Marketing Representative will assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, participating in sales presentations, and gathering market insights to support strategic planning. The role also includes maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal systems and collaborating with colleagues to meet team and organizational sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage client inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure positive travel experiences.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional activities.
  • Candidates should possess Training-related skills, such as the ability to share product knowledge and best practices with team members or partners.
  • Relevant experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or destination management is preferred.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools; familiarity with digital marketing or social media promotion is an advantage.
  • Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is beneficial;
