Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Representative role based in Jaipur. The person in this role will identify and qualify new business opportunities, conduct prospecting activities, and manage a pipeline of leads across multiple digital service offerings. Daily responsibilities include presenting solutions to potential clients, preparing and delivering sales pitches, responding to inquiries, and supporting negotiations to close deals. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing team to execute campaigns, gather market insights, and support brand-building initiatives. The Sales and Marketing Representative will maintain strong customer relationships, provide post-sales support in collaboration with internal teams, and regularly report on performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, with experience in lead generation, pitching, and closing deals in a B2B or digital services environment.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities, including clear presentation skills, active listening, and a client-focused mindset.
• Experience in Training clients or internal teams on services, solutions, or marketing campaigns is an advantage.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, social media platforms, and basic CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in an agency, media, or digital marketing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
