Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, promoting interior design services, managing sales pipelines, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with designers and team members to create tailored marketing and sales strategies to meet client needs and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for effectively interacting with clients and understanding their needs
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales & Marketing, with the ability to meet and exceed targets
- Experience in providing Training to team members or clients on products, services, and strategies
- Passion for interior design or a related field is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
