Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Representative based in Srinagar. The role involves actively engaging with customers, building strong relationships, promoting and selling KerniQ Naturals products, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, training clients on product offerings, meeting sales targets, and implementing marketing strategies. The role also requires the representative to collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences and drive brand growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
  • Proven ability in Sales and Sales & Marketing, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience in providing Training and aiding clients or colleagues in understanding product features and benefits.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to dynamic situations, and maintain a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle responsibilities effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is beneficial.
