We are a dynamic B2B startup based in Pune, India. We empower teachers, colleges, and private institutes to enhance their teaching businesses by providing them with a branded platform that enables seamless examination processes.

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sr. Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS ed-tech sector, and possess exceptional skills in cold calling, lead generation, and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, connect, pitch, and onboard Engineering colleges and institutes.

Develop innovative strategies to engage potential colleges and institutes through various cost-effective channels.

Educate customers about the possibilities and potential of our platform.

Conduct live demos and resolve any technical queries from customers.

Handle objections, negotiate deals, and convince prospects effectively.

Execute end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to conversion.

Conduct field sales and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Provide product demos and tailor features to meet customer requirements.

Maintain a high meeting-to-conversion ratio and ensure customer satisfaction.

Utilize CRM software and other relevant tools efficiently.

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing or related field preferred.

0-1 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, with a preference for the ed-tech domain and Engineering colleges.

Strong knowledge of business development using various channels.

Proven track record of high lead-to-conversion ratio.

Experience in field sales and familiarity with local languages, Hindi, and English.

Basic technical knowledge and understanding of how technology works.

Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.

Positive attitude and street-smart mentality.

Passion for sales and customer engagement.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a SaaS product company.

Connection in engineering and other colleges
