Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the aerospace and defense sectors, managing existing accounts, and building long-term customer relationships. The representative will conduct product presentations, attend client meetings, and provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns, generating leads, preparing proposals and quotations, and tracking sales performance. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to align marketing activities with business goals and staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and execute promotional campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to deliver product knowledge sessions and support customers in understanding technical offerings.
• Relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial, aerospace, defense, or technical product sectors.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple accounts and priorities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong ethical standards, a customer-focused mindset, and willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
