Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Sales and Marketing Representative. Responsibilities include promoting Fitness Gurukul's programs, generating leads, building client relationships, and executing sales and marketing strategies. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, delivering presentations to potential clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting training or promotional events. Collaboration with team members and initiative in meeting sales objectives will be highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and respond to client inquiries effectively
• Proven Sales and Marketing abilities to identify opportunities, promote services, and achieve sales targets
• Experience in Training and the ability to present and explain program offerings to potential clients
• Passion for fitness, wellness, and holistic living
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a professional team environment
• Previous experience in similar roles within the fitness or wellness industry is a plus
• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered
• Previous expereince of Strength & Conditioning coacging to Clients.
• Knowledge or Certification in S&C , Nutrition preferrable.
• On-Field expereince.
