Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located throughout ALL DISTRICTS of Rajasthan for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The role involves formulating and implementing sales and marketing strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include promoting Bookera's products to educational institutions, facilitating training sessions, generating sales leads, and supporting college and distributor partnerships in alignment with organisational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales and Marketing to drive growth and meet targets
• Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities for building impactful relationships
• Experience in organising and conducting Training sessions and providing educational support
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies
• Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the publishing or educational sector is a plus
