Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves identifying and approaching schools, parents, and educational partners to promote Bharat Smart STEM's programs, conducting presentations and demos, and converting leads into enrollments. The representative will support marketing campaigns, manage follow-ups, maintain accurate records of interactions and sales, and contribute ideas to improve outreach strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities also include providing basic product information and guidance to prospective customers, collaborating with the training and operations teams, and supporting events, workshops, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and institutional partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, build relationships, and achieve enrollment and revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess Training-related skills to support basic product demonstrations, orientations, and information sessions for stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in education, edtech, or STEM-focused organizations is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, manage field visits, and participate in events and outreach activities.
• Basic proficiency in digital tools (CRM, spreadsheets, presentation software) and social media platforms is an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field is preferred.
