Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Sales and Marketing Professional. The successful candidate will manage marketing campaigns, engage with customers in-store, develop sales strategies, and work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include conducting market research, promoting products and services, building client relationships, analyzing market trends, and reporting sales performance to the management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Marketing Strategy, Digital Marketing, and Brand Promotion
• Experience in Sales Negotiation, Account Management, and Customer Engagement
• Skills in Market Research, Trend Analysis, and Competitor Analysis
• Strong Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the furniture or interior design industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
