This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Professional, based in Rajkot. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, building client relationships, generating leads, preparing sales presentations, and analyzing market trends. The professional will collaborate with internal teams to meet business objectives, identify new opportunities, and contribute to the growth of the company.

• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, networking, and client relationship management
• Experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, and marketing campaigns
• Proficiency in research, market analysis, and competitive analysis
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of IT and software development services, such as web development, mobile apps, or HRMS solutions, is an advantage
• Proficiency in CRM software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
