Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales and Marketing Professional will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building customer relationships, driving sales, and analyzing market data to identify opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales, including digital marketing, email marketing, and event planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets through effective selling, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
  • Analyze and report on marketing and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including product development, operations, and design, to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Apply strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and drive results.
  • Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with customers.
