Role Description The Sales and Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore. This role is responsible for driving sales of residential and commercial projects, managing end-to-end customer interactions, and closing deals from inquiry to possession. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, managing lead generation campaigns, coordinating with channel partners and brokers, and conducting site visits and presentations for prospective buyers. The manager will oversee digital and offline marketing initiatives, analyze market trends and competitor activities, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and collaborate closely with project, finance, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Marketing and branding capabilities, including campaign planning, event promotion, and experience with digital and social media marketing.
- Market research, data analysis, and reporting skills to interpret trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage prospective clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Prior experience in real estate, construction, or related sectors is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent qualification is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Indore, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and basic digital marketing platforms.
