Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Manager at Techroles, located in New Delhi. The role involves managing and driving the sales and marketing efforts for metal salts such as Lithium (Li), Nickel (Ni), Cobalt (Co), and Magnesium (Mg). Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market analysis, fostering relationships with clients, overseeing sales operations, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals and increase market share.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for market research, trend analysis, and data-driven decision-making
• Proficiency in Business Planning to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
• Excellent Communication skills for interaction with clients, stakeholders, and team members
• Customer Service expertise to ensure client satisfaction and handle customer relations
• Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management and performance monitoring
• Knowledge of the metal salts industry (Li, Ni, Co, Mg) or related chemical sectors is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Proven track record in sales management and achieving revenue targets
