Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singrauli for a Sales and Marketing Manager. The role involves the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote the station's services and grow its revenue streams. The Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for fostering partnerships, managing client relationships, overseeing advertising sales, organizing promotional campaigns, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. Collaboration with the content and production teams to align strategies with the station's mission and values will also be key to this role.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
• Proficiency in Marketing strategies, Campaign Management, and Promotional Activities.
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal Skills.
• Knowledge of market analysis, business growth strategies, and trend identification.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and influence stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in media, broadcasting, or community development is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for community engagement and a passion for promoting local culture and development.
