Role Description

NoBrokerHood is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager for a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The role involves leading and managing sales and marketing initiatives, driving business growth through strategic planning, market research, and customer acquisition. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing marketing campaigns, managing social media and advertising strategies, building and nurturing client relationships, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. The manager will collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with branding and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and account management
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, social media management, and content creation
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Experience in conducting market research, data analysis, and customer acquisition methodologies
  • Proven ability to create and implement impactful marketing campaigns and achieve sales targets
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills to drive efficiency and results
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
