Marketing - * Manage ATL campaigns (digital ads, print, hoardings, branding)

* Execute BTL activities (site events, roadshows, kiosks, flyers)

* Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and sales team

* Track campaign performance and lead conversion

* Support project launches and promotional activities

Sales - Seeking dynamic Sales Manager / Sales Executive with 2+ years of experience in real estate sales (apartment/flat sales). Responsible for lead generation, client handling, site visits, sales closure, and revenue generation. Strong skills in negotiation, customer relationship management (CRM)
